Security-Only at $99 per user per month is for organizations with internal IT or an existing provider who need dedicated security operations. It includes 24/7 SOC monitoring, MDR and EDR, email threat protection, cloud backup and recovery, incident coordination, and quarterly security reviews. End-user helpdesk is not included.
Co-Managed IT at $119 per user per month is for firms with a small IT team that want to offload security and infrastructure while keeping end-user support in-house. It includes everything in Security-Only plus platform management for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, infrastructure monitoring and patching, escalation support, after-hours emergency response, and quarterly strategy sessions.
Fully Managed IT at $159 per user per month is for firms with no internal IT who want one partner accountable for everything. It includes everything in Co-Managed plus unlimited end-user helpdesk, user onboarding and offboarding, device troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
Every plan is all-inclusive with the same full security stack and no hidden fees. Platform licenses for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are not included but can be consolidated into the monthly invoice. Volume pricing is available for organizations with 51 or more users. There are no setup contracts, and onboarding fees apply for initial deployment and configuration of the security stack.
