Cloud migrations include on-premises Exchange to Microsoft 365, legacy file servers to SharePoint or Google Drive, and infrastructure lift-and-shift to Azure or GCP. Infrastructure deployments cover new office network and Wi-Fi setup, server refresh and virtualization, and endpoint rollout with Intune or Chrome Enterprise. Security implementations include MFA and Conditional Access rollout, EDR and MDR deployment across all endpoints, and compliance readiness for SOX, HIPAA, and cyber insurance. Every project follows a four-step engagement model. The scoping call assesses the current environment and defines project goals with no commitment required. A statement of work provides fixed-scope deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and pricing approved upfront. During execution, engineers deliver the project with regular status updates and milestone check-ins. The handover includes full documentation of configuration details and operational runbooks.
Project Delivery is available as a standalone engagement and does not require a managed IT contract. Projects completed by Teclara integrate seamlessly if the organization later chooses a managed or co-managed engagement. All projects are quoted at a fixed price before work begins with no open-ended hourly billing. Teclara handles end-to-end data migration including email, files, shared drives, and permissions with validation of data integrity before cutover.
