Teclara handles 24/7 security monitoring with threat detection and response so the internal IT person receives alerts for real issues rather than noise. Platform management covers Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace configured and maintained properly rather than left on defaults. Strategic guidance includes quarterly sessions with the IT manager for roadmaps, vendor decisions, and budget planning. After-hours emergency coverage and escalation support are included.

The internal team continues to handle day-to-day user support, password resets and tickets, user onboarding and offboarding, and local troubleshooting. Co-Managed IT is designed for organizations on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace with internal IT staff whose IT person handles helpdesk well but is overwhelmed by backend complexity such as Entra ID, Defender, and Conditional Access.
