Cybersecurity and IT service enquiries
Not sure where to start? A 15-minute call about your systems and concerns is usually the easiest first step.
Is something happening right now?
If an account has been taken over or you think someone has access to your email, please don't wait for a booked call. Call us at any time and press 9 to reach our on-call line.
Book a call or send a message
Choose a time for a 15-minute call, or send us a message and we'll reply by email within 24 hours. You can also reach us directly by phone, email, WhatsApp or Signal.
The call is just a conversation about your setup. If you'd like help, we'll quote the work and agree on price and timing before starting.
What helps us quote
A quote is based on your platform and licence edition, how many users and devices you have (including seasonal staff and volunteers), your key applications and any deadline. It also depends on whether you want security alongside your current IT, or Managed IT as well.
Managed Security & Compliance and Managed IT are priced per user and per device, plus mobile devices where they apply, with a one-year minimum term. The price depends on which services you choose.
Calendar not loading? Open the booking page directly or use the email and phone options below.
Send a message
Every message gets an email reply within 24 hours. A line about what you need and any deadline helps us point you to the right next step.
