The work splits into two kinds. Fixed-scope discovery reviews examine what already exists and report back on the real risks: a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace security and governance review, a domain, DNS, and email security review, an AI governance and workflow readiness review, a client security questionnaire readiness review, and a shadow AI discovery and risk review. Outcome-based packages build or fix something concrete: business setups, tenant cleanups, policy implementation, Copilot or Gemini hardening, and private AI pilot setups.
Each engagement starts with a first call to confirm the current setup, the access required, the timing, and the right delivery path. A review can stand on its own, or it can point to the package that fixes what it found, with no obligation to continue.
