Teclara provides managed IT and cybersecurity services across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario, headquartered in Oakville.

Teclara provides managed IT and cybersecurity services across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area from its Oakville, Ontario headquarters. The company serves businesses in seven primary service areas: Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto, Burlington, Hamilton, Niagara Region, and Milton. Every location receives the same enterprise-grade security stack with consistent pricing and no distance surcharges or regional markups.

Oakville is Teclara's home base and headquarters, offering the fastest on-site response times for the professional services hub in Halton Region. Mississauga provides coverage for the corporate headquarters corridor near Pearson Airport with its dense concentration of mid-market businesses. Toronto coverage includes the financial district, tech hub, and the largest concentration of professional services firms in Canada. Burlington serves the growing business parks along the QEW corridor with professional services and light manufacturing firms.

Hamilton coverage supports the innovation hub transitioning to health sciences and technology, with McMaster Innovation Park driving startup growth. The Niagara Region serves cross-border businesses, tourism, and the wine industry with unique compliance needs for cross-border trade. Milton supports one of Canada's fastest-growing cities, including the distribution hub along the 401 corridor and new professional services firms.

All service areas receive 24/7 SOC monitoring, MDR and EDR endpoint protection, email security with anti-phishing, cloud backup, and platform hardening for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Pricing is consistent across all areas: Security-Only from $99 per user per month, Co-Managed IT from $119, and Fully Managed IT from $159. While most support is delivered remotely, on-site support is available across all service areas. Teclara also serves businesses outside these core areas across Southern Ontario through its cloud-based service delivery model.
