Teclara owns the security posture while the client runs everything else. Co-Managed IT at $119 per user per month is for organizations with one or two IT staff who want to offload security and infrastructure management while keeping direct control over end-user support. Managed IT at $159 per user per month provides full delegation where Teclara operates IT and security end to end, including helpdesk, for organizations that want one partner accountable for everything.
Project Delivery is available for scoped IT projects including cloud migrations, security deployments, and platform transitions. Teclara specializes in Microsoft 365 and Azure as well as Google Workspace and GCP environments. The company serves as an Authorized Cloud Solution Provider with expertise in Entra ID, Cloud Identity, Conditional Access, and compliance documentation. All pricing is in Canadian dollars, month-to-month, with no long-term contracts required.
