Summary
Suspicious email is held before it reaches your inbox. You can review it safely and either restore legitimate mail or request a restore, depending on your organization's policy.
Why was an email quarantined?
Our email security platform checks messages for phishing, impersonation, lookalike senders, and malicious links and attachments. It holds suspicious email in quarantine before delivery.
What is the daily summary?
You receive a daily summary sent as Teclara Email Security. It lists the messages held for you. Replies go to support@teclara.tech.
How do I check my quarantine?
The email security portal shows every quarantined email for your mailbox. Filter the list and preview a message safely without releasing it.
Open it from the link in your daily summary, then verify your work email address. Your browser remembers the verification for up to 30 days. When you request a restore, give a short reason; an approved email arrives in your mailbox within a few minutes.
The steps are the same on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
How do I get a legitimate email released?
Depending on your organization's policy, you can restore it yourself or request a restore. We review restore requests and tell you if a request is declined.
If you are unsure whether a message is safe, report it or ask support@teclara.tech. Do not release it just because you expected an email. See how to report suspicious email.
What can't be released?
A user can never release malicious email.
